Front door and window. No view of the mountains or beach, but with good light and the evening sunset colors. Corner building. No one's windows or doors face this building. Laundry facilities just down the stairs. We love our gardener; he keeps us looking good. Nice neighbors; you'll be happy to live here.
Good walk score. Two blocks to Mitsuwa Market, 4 blocks to Grandview Sunday farmers market. 2 miles to the ocean, so there are nice ocean breezes 300 days a year! 2 miles to 10 and 405 freeway ramps. Great location! You'll find us very clean. Come see. Sorry, no pets.
