3- PROVIDE THREE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS OF BANK STATEMENTS SHOWING DEPOSITS FROM AT LEAST TWO PAYROLL TRANSACTIONS.

**Screen shots will not be accepted** Statement must be downloaded in FULL from bank and include all pages from the E-Statement. (All pages must be included.)

4- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE RENTAL HISTORY WITH PROVEN VERIFICATION.

5- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE WITH CURRENT EMPLOYER.

6- MUST VIEW THE HOME PRIOR TO APPLYING.

7- NO PRIOR EVICTIONS WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS. ( THIS INCLUDES RENTAL COLLECTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID AND DISMISSED)

8- IF UNDER OR EVER FILED BANKRUPTCY: NO CHAPTER 7 IS ACCEPTED. FOR CHAPTER 13 IT'S A CASE-TO CASE SITUATION WHERE APPLICANT MAY OR MAY NOT BE QUALIFIED. (YOU ARE APPLYING AT YOUR OWN RISK IF CHAPTER 13 HAS BEEN FILED)
