Rent is $1,700 per month (this property requires that the tenant does not spend more than 30% of their gross monthly incomes on rent). First month's rent of $1,700 and $1,700 security deposit due at lease signing. One year lease beginning on April 1st, 2022 (however, a prorated start as early as March 20th may be possible). Proof of renters' insurance required. Tenant pays all utilities, but landlord pays for quarterly pest control and annual termite treatment. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a $350 non-refundable pet fee and $100 fee for each additional pet (some breeds are not permitted by insurance - photo of pet required).
