Renting just one bedroom in the house we live in. Please read details below.
Hello!! We are Corey and Daniel, a hard-working and happy couple who purchased their first home together over a year ago đ We have 3 small corgi-mix pup rescues and two Pitt bulls we rescued off the street that weâre trying to find homes for. They all love to go outside and run around on our acre of property đ¶
We are Disney enthusiasts and our decor reflects that a little too well. We enjoy game nights, entertaining when we can, and of course visiting the Disney parks.
The Bedroom: 138â W (11â 6â) by 164â L (13â 8â)
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN $800 RENT
This listing is for a large private bedroom. Youâll have to share use of the main bathroom with one other person, but she doesnât take long and always leaves the bathroom clean and ready for the next person. The bathroom has a claw foot soaker tub/shower combo that makes bathing feel fancy.
Of course youâll also have use of the kitchen, the laundry room, and the dining room table to eat at. Typically weâre using the living room and office, so your bedroom will serve as your living room most of the time. Thereâs a detached two car garage in case you need to store a few items, and if you need furniture for your room we do have a few pieces we could lend to you.
WellâŠweâre excited to meet you and welcome you to our home! The 3 small dogs will bark at you until they get used to you; just ignore them, theyâre crazy đ The pitts will just whine for love and affection: they love everyone that isnât another dog (which is why theyâre always penned off.)
If you donât love dogs and youâve read this farâŠwe have 5 yâall. Three are permanent soâŠwe may not be the best fit đ
