- Proof of income(s)
- Applicant(s) must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits
- Successful background check (for criminal record, evictions, credit...) this costs $50 per applicant. Maximum of 2 people in unit
- All adults 18+ who'll be residing in premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease agreement
- References from previous landlord
- Copy of your driver license or any other valid identification card
Move-in Info & Process:
- First month, last month, and a security deposit (total of three months rent) is required
- Upon approval, we will hold the property for you, for a (minimum) of 1/2 the total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable in
the event the applicant does not take the lease.
- Before the move-in day we require the remaining security along with first and last month's rent
- All utilities included, tenant pays $75.00 water fee
- No pets allowed (strictly enforced)
- No smoking allowed
