Terms and Requirements:

First-month rent, last-month rent, security deposit (same amount as one month’s rent); and, a non-refundable management fee of $300 are all due before occupancy.
“Move-in and Move-Out” inspection before occupancy is required.
A non-refundable Tenant screening fee is $65.00/person conducted by a 3rd party agency. Prior tenant screening reports or comprehensive reusable screening reports by a consumer reporting agency are not accepted.
Renter's insurance is recommended.
No Pets. No smoking or vaping (including marijuana).
Applicants should consider that their monthly income is 3x of monthly rent with proof of income (last 2 paycheck stubs) with an Employment verification letter from all adult working applicants are given priority. Also, a Credit score of 650+ is preferable.
