Description
Large Open Concept Studio Apartment - Large Windows With Lots of Natural Light - This studio apartment features an open concept layout with large windows with West facing views with lots of natural light.
Pyramid Lofts are located in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Brewerytown is located one mile northwest of Center City Philadelphia, and its southern border is defined by Fairmount Park and the Art Museum area. The Pyramid Electric Lofts are close to Smith Park, Frisbee golf course, driving range, Kelly & MLK Drive as well as walking distance to the Philadelphia Zoo.
With a strong strategic location to major roads, trains, and Center City, businesses such as Breweries and warehouses to serve Philadelphia were built.
The historical architecture was influenced by German architecture and specifically the vision of Otto Wolf. Pyramid Lofts was no exception. Built in 1922 by famed architect Leroy B. Rothschild, the building served as a warehouse for Harry C. Kahn & Sons, a furniture retailer. Harry C. Kahn & Son's commercial storefront and warehouse closed in 1961. Pyramid Electric Supply Company would eventually vacate the building, and it would become derelict.
The lofts feature design-driven finishes with exposed concrete and columns, high ceilings, and massive windows offering views of the Philadelphia skyline and Fairmount Park.
Building amenities include an on-site gym, limited off-street parking, outdoor dog run, bike storage room, and package concierge system.
