Freshly painted 2 bedroom/1 bath unit on the lower level. It’s contained within a 4 unit building. Rooms are smaller, but each have their own closet. Both bedrooms have carpet. Separate living room and dining room with hardwood floors. Each apartment has a rear deck and there is a common open basement for storage. Parking is in back or on the street in front of the building.
Water and trash pick up are included in the rent (You need to take your trash to the road on garbage day - Friday AM). Electric and gas are paid by you and will need to be in your name on the date of move in.
$20 application fee required per adult at the time of application turn-in. If approved, it will be applied to your move in costs. Be aware that your application will be disapproved if we cannot reach your current/previously landlords, cannot confirm your income (need paycheck stubs and we need to talk with your work), or you have recent evictions.
Security deposit is $800, total move in cost is $1450 (includes first months rent and security deposit).

As the picture shows, I am the only person allowed to show the place, I don’t take deposits over the phone, I don’t give any stories about being out of town or sending money to hold for a viewing.
