Stay in this 2 Bedroom (third bedroom is locked) North Port home. North Port has shopping, Warm Mineral Springs, Atlanta Braves Stadium and is Centrally located to Port Charlotte (S), Venice (N) and Englewood to the West with close access to I-75.
As you walk in the front door, the den is through the French doors on the left and the dining room is on the right. Follow the entry hall forward to the living room and open kitchen on the right. The split floor plan puts the master suite on the left side of the home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, double walk-in closets, master bath and door to the back lanai. The master bath has double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower.
Going towards the right side of the home, you have an indoor utility room leading to the two-car garage. Across the hall from the utility room is the guest bath. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination and single sink. The two guest rooms (one is locked off-no access) are next to them. The guest room has an antique full-size bed.
There is plenty of outdoor space! The front entry area is screened in with a seating area. The rear of the home has a nice screened-in lanai and the garage has retractable sliding screens to give you extra outdoor space.
The home has city water and septic.
Electric Capped at $150 and water capped at $50.
NOTE: We only require owners to carry internet. Some properties may or may not have cable. Other charges may apply (ex. Taxes, etc.. ) We do not do showings on short term rentals as we usually have tenants occupying. We do monthly minimum rentals.
