Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, Trader Joes, Stop and Shop, and Coolidge Corner Movie House.
The space
This apartment is very charming at approximately 450 square feet with high ceilings and hardwood floors. It features a queen size bed, table and chairs, 32” flat-screen television with basic channels, and large windows overlooking the lovely Beacon Street, as well as a large bathroom with a full tub and shower, and a fully-applianced kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. In addition, a Keurig coffee maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, and AC window units (for warmer months) are provided to make you feel right at home. Coin-operated laundry available in the basement.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
If you are bringing your car, parking is available at a private lot 10-15 min walk from the apartment at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will need a parking space we will reserve a space for you
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
