450sqft studio with high ceilings and hardwood floors, charm thru out, very cute and cozy. Features fully applianced kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and shower, queen sized bed, small table for dining or working, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board. Extra air mattress can be provided upon request.
Guest access
Entire unit, common laundry in basement.
Other things to note
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
If you are bringing your car, parking is available at a private lot 10-15 min walk from the apartment at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will need a parking space we will reserve a space for you.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
