Very unique space found in the heart of Brookline Village, over 2000sq ft of living space. Found on second floor of a brownstone, home offers high ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors and central air. first floor features living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, dining room with dining table,fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. Second floor features a den with sleeper sofa and TV, privacy screen to turn into a third bedroom, full bath, bedroom features king sized bed and additional single sleeper, Glass doors lead to beautiful private deck.Coin-op laundry found on first floor of building. Home is steps to public transportation,easy access to Longwood Medical hospitals,Fenway, and Boston. Step outside, you will be surrounded by coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, and more... this home is not to be missed!

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
Pack n Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
