Regarding Pet policy - MUST MEET CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE, AND GWINNETT COUNTY(IF APPLICABLE) ORDINANCE(s) / ANIMAL CARE REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES. Landlords insurance company has the final word. There is a $175, One-Time, non-refundable fee per pet. Each pet is $20 additional rent per month with a Maximum of Two(2) pets.

All applicants must have strong financials, solid work history, and verifiable references - All employment / references are checked in person to the extent possible.
