Welcome to our sunny and spacious one bedroom home steps to public transportation, Washington Squares shops and restaurants, and easy access to downtown Boston.
The space
Located on a high first floor of a brownstone, hardwood floors throughout and high ceilings. Fully applianced kitchen, inviting living/dining room is great for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. Spacious bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and desk.
Other things to note
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pack n Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee .
There is a parking spot behind the building for our guests. The spot is only available during a non - business hours. A business uses this parking spot from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. It is available for your use from 6 PM till 8 AM on weekdays and all day and night on the weekends and holidays.
We rent a space in a private lot at a 15 min walk from the apartment if you need a space 24/7. The usual nightly rate for the spot is $15/night or $250/mo (monthly). If you need to reserve the space, please let me know ahead of time and we will make reservations for you. Reservations are first come first serve and we will do all we can to secure you the space, so please let us know as soon as you confirm the booking.
