Bright as shit, just like you and me! Lots of space to store junk, like our brains! Shared front balcony to view your sweetie lil street and maybe (maybeeee, no pressure) socialize with some neighbors? Or you can just wave to your car (or imagine), which will likely be parked out front as well! AND, w/d hookups in the basement, babeyyyy.

APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed.
