Located on the MBTA Green Line, a ten minute ride will take you to any of Boston’s visitor attractions, museums, and Boston Universities. Or take a relaxing walk to Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village to visit the local shops, restaurants, and cafes.
The space
It has one bedroom, featuring one full-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed. The kitchen has been recently renovated is fully equipped with stylish granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen. Living space has two large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, as well as a comfortable couch and a flat-screen television. A parking space can be rented for $15 per night.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Pack n Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee.
