Amazing brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Casa Grande.
CURRENTLY LISTED RENT IS PER ROOM.
Amenities included: Dishwasher, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, laundry in building, Brand new appliances, Filtered water, Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming sites via Smart TV, and an active landlord constantly working on improving the quality of the home.
Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Utilities will be shared evenly between those staying in the home. ( I'll assume there are 4 people total even if there are only 3)
Date Available: Feb 1st 2022. $900/month rent. $400 security deposit required.
I will be staying on the property with you. I work from 4:30AM to 3:00PM. I plan on extending the driveway for easier parking in the future, but there is an HOA, so parking in the street is limited.
Since the home is new, please report any issues with the house, and they will be corrected as soon as possible. Since the home is under warranty we shouldn't have issues fixing problems.
NO DRUGS, 420 Friendly if done in the backyard. Any illegal drugs (or illegally abused legal drugs) will result in immediate eviction.
Better pictures will be uploaded soon, the home is currently awaiting furniture to arrive from Amazon (If moving in on 1st of Feb should be here 2-3 days after you move in and set up immediately after).
I try to cover all cleaning supplies myself as well as toilet paper, and paper towels (Please use with moderation). Otherwise, any personal items will need to be covered by you.
The cost of the room WILL NOT increase after you sign the contract, so even if the cost of the room goes up I will honor the original cost you set in at.
I prefer someone that is clean and orderly. To themselves, but also doesn't mind being social. Personally, I like to mind my own business, but cook often so we may still cross paths frequently.
