Nice size rooms and a laundry room. 2 bedroom (4 person) septic system. Pond does not go with home. Owner will be putting up a fence eventually in back 40-45 feet.
1 pet (up to 30 lbs) owner approval allowed with nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Separate $20 pet application required for the 1st pet, $15 per each additional (if allowed), free for service/support animals. Nonrefundable pet fee determined by score on pet application ($300, $350, or $375).
WE DO NOT RENT SIGHT-UNSEEN, NO FACETIME OR SKYPING ALLOWED.
