This large, ground floor one bedroom apartment has a ton to offer! It has so much natural light in all the right places! The front door leads into a huge eat in kitchen, with great counter and cabinet space for storage. There are also washer & dryer hookups- washer in the bathroom, and dryer in the kitchen. The living room is gorgeous, with wood floors and a bay window. Next to the living room, you have a bonus den/office space- This cannot be used as a bedroom, but would make a fantastic office for those of you who are working remotely, or a studio of some kind. The bedroom is a good size, and again, has those beautiful wood floors! There is alternate entrance from the parking area, which is heated, and will work as a great storage area for shoes, bikes, etc!
Resident is responsible for oil heat (heat is forced hot air), electricity, and cable/wifi.

The application takes about 2-3 days to process when all information is provided.
If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you.
Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.
