One time, non-refundable $250.00 pet fee for each pet will be required once your pet is approved. Meeting you pet is a requirement. No fighting or aggressive dogs allowed. Indoor and outdoor cats that you bring to the property are also counted as a pet.
A 12-month lease and no more than 4 people living in the property. A $45.00 rental application will be required for each applicant 18 years of age or older. A criminal background and credit check will be run for each person.
A $995 rental deposit is required once you are approved. A $995 first month rent will be required at the time of signing the lease.
