Lease expires on July 31st, 2022. Move-in date 2/12/2022. The home has a spacious living room, kitchen with granite counter tops, washer and dryer in unit, and a back patio and storage closet. Upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small study! In total, I pay $1340 ($1195 rent + $25 pet rent+ $40 cable & internet + $33 valet trash + $11 rental insurance + 3 pest control + $30-40 water & sewage bill) the only separate bill not included in rent is electric which during the winter averages at $70, and the summer around $150. If you end up taking over my lease you will keep my current rates and deposits and fees I paid, and would only pay $50 application fee. Other amenities include: swimming pool with poolside grill, 24-hour fitness center, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and pet friendly.
