The location is good. Lindley Park is one block to the west. It is less than a mile to Longfellow School. Heebs Grocery is a few blocks to the east. Access to trails that connect to the National Forest is two blocks away. Groomed cross-country ski trails are two blocks away. Downtown, the Library, restaurants, all of it, is only a few blocks away.

The neighborhood has character. The street is not busy and many of the neighbors are long-term residents.

Recent improvements include all new flooring, carpet, and epoxy, new sheetrock, and new egress windows in the bedrooms and bath in the basement. The high-efficiency furnace was installed in the fall of 2021. The water heater is less than five years old.

The yard is excellent. Mature trees offer shade. Lilacs and other shrubs surround the yard creating a nice private space. Multiple garden plots have a history of strong yields. There is a small gear shed and a side entrance to the yard beside the garage. The yard also offers tenants a covered gazebo and patio space.

Tenants will be responsible for snow removal and lawn care. A lawnmower and shovels are provided.

This home recently passed recent mold and radon inspections. The home has been certified as asbestos-free.

Tenants will create a tenant account with the city and pay for water, sewer, garbage.
