One unassigned uncovered parking space is provided with the studio. No smoking. Water, trash, gas and electricity are included in the rental rate. One small pet under 45 lbs allowed with restrictions. A $500 pet deposit will be collected for an approved pet.

The property is located within the prestigious and highly rated Del Mar Unified School District: Del Mar Heights Elementary School, Del Mar Hills Elementary, Earl Warren Middle School, and Torrey Pines High School. Walking distance into the Del Mar Village and area beaches. From the Del Mar area, it is a simple and quick drive to San Diego favorites, area golf courses, Carlsbad, La Jolla, and other San Diego County destinations. Commuting is easily accessible with nearby Interstate 5 and 805, Highway 56 and 52.
