Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate for the next 6 months. February 1, 2022- August 1, 2022.

My house is located in a brand new community in Vacaville. The house was built in 2019. Everything is updated inside. I am renting a private bathroom and fully furnished bedroom. The rent is $1,400 and includes internet, electric, water, heat/air, garbage and sewer. The security deposit is $1,500 and is refundable as long as you do not damage the house or furniture. The security deposit is meant to cover the items in the furnished bedroom in case they were to get messed up. Your bedroom door will have its own key. While you are here, you will be provided a garage door opener, bedroom key, mailbox key, and key to the front door. The bedroom has a 42 inch 4K T.V., Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, desk, computer chair, 6 storage bins, shoe rack, and laundry basket. Parking will be available in the driveway and on the street. No smoking inside the house, but the garage has a couch and T.V. and you are more than welcome to smoke out there. The house has a fully fenced in yard, grill, patio and patio furniture/fire pit. You will have full access to the laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage, and backyard. I have an extra full size fridge/freezer in the garage that you are more than welcome to use exclusively while you are here. I have 2 dogs. They are well trained (one is a service animal in training) and they are both very friendly. You must be dog friendly as well. I know I have this listed as a 1 bed, 1 bath. The reason being is because you really do have access to everything except my room.

Renters and liability insurance is required. All I ask is:

Please no shoes inside the house

Do not steal from me

Pay the rent on time

Clean up after yourself

Be kind to my dogs

Don’t smoke in the house

Don’t trash the house or the belongings in it

Communicate and be respectful

I will be conducting a background/credit check.

I know it’s hard trying to find a compatible roommate, so I want to give a little information about me. I’m easy going and straight forward to talk to. I keep a tidy home take great pride in that. I love my doggies. They are my babies. I enjoy chilling out on the couch and watching Netflix (Vampire Diaries, Ancient Aliens, NCIS). I’m usually snacking/door dashing on the days in. I don’t mind social gatherings at the house and enjoy the company. I like going out, but usually it’s a brunch, coffee, shopping kind of vibe, and if it’s not that. Then it’s hiking/camping. I’m down with the nightlife on occasion. I’m slightly introverted and definitely am the listener in most conversations. I’m big into outdoors, especially when it’s dog friendly. I’m always up for adventures, spontaneous or planned. I’m a full time college student (Archaeology/Paleontology) with a part time job. I’m also military so I don’t do drugs.
