Current lease until Aug 2022 with option to renew (roomate moving because of new job) Utilities (gas/electricity/compost/internet) are ~ $100/month, street parking with Somerville parking permit + visitor parking permit for the household. Room is available starting March 1st.
Option to keep large bookcase and desk (free) + office chair ($40) IKEA espevär mattress base twin size ($50,not pictured)
