Hello! I just bought a house in Beacon Hill. The main house is 1700 sq feet - large living room/dining room with wood burning fireplace that opens into the kitchen. Kitchen boasts with white cabinets and quartz countertops. The back door leads to a huge glassed in "Florida room" that is air conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms and two full baths. Looking to rent one of the bedrooms, bathroom is in main hallway. The bedroom is attached to a small hallway (intention was for a nursery or study) which leads to the washer and dryer. FEMALE ONLY (age 21-38) in main house. Sorry, I don’t want to be living with my mom.
The space will be share with me, 29 year old female, active duty Air Force stationed at Fort Sam Houston and my dog. Dakota is a relaxed 9 1/2 year old boxer shepherd mix. She might just beg you for some food. I’m pretty extroverted and love to be outdoors. Recently picked up cooking last year and fell in love. Would prefer to meet and make sure we get along before signing a contract for the main house.
*Animals and children not accepted in main house *
Water, gas and trash are included in price. Electric (averaging 100-120$ per month... just depends on how much AC/heat is used) and internet (50$ a month but might have to increase the package if multiple people are using it ) are not. AT&T fiber has been installed.
Close to public transportation, 15 minutes from Lackland and Fort Sam Houston. 3 miles from the Pearl District/downtown.
