BGE (gas, electric) would be split between renters. Typically $30-80/month (split up) Verizon would also be split: $50/month for internet and cable.
1 year lease with auto-renew option available. Husband and wife that also rent a small property locally in Relay. Not a big "landlord" type of deal or company - very personable yet experienced.
