We are looking for a responsible longer term tenant but the lease will be month to month assuming both parties are happy and content. If you are not respectful, honest and clean, do not respond wasting both our time. Cleanings can be included at your expense. You must be open to monthly walk thrus ensuring the place is well cared for.
All utilities included. One dog might be allowed depending on your situation-absolutely no cats. Pay rent with direct deposit or paypal. Savings for paying five days early and greater savings if you can pay 2-3 months at a time two weeks before the unpaid next month is due : )
