Looking for longer term leasing; however, the lease is monthly & continues assuming both parties are happy & content. If you are not honest, & clean &respectful to others &their property,do not waste both our time. We will accomodate 4 (maybe 5 w/approval). Tenant must be open to monthly walk thrus at your convenience ensuring the place is cared for (if you say no, hiding something?) We take pride in our investments. We can also arrange cleanings at your expense. Pay rent with direct deposit/paypal. Savings for paying 5 days early & greater savings if you can pay 2-3 months at a time two weeks before the unpaid next month is due : )
Year round hot tub &pool in April-Oct. Currently not allowing dogs and absolutely no cats due to allergins. May also call or text for details: 72O-6 too O- O 97for.
