Home is an energy efficient modern, fully-furnished and includes a beautiful backyard to relax in. Community includes access to a pool, 2 nearby lakes (one with a gym). Home is quiet and shared with the owner. The neighborhood is quiet as is the owner, so you will be able to rest after working long hours. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Nearest coffee shop is 6 minute drive.
You have your own private room and bathroom. Queen size bed w/ large closet. Includes a TV w/cable. Access to a large Chefs kitchen and use of all appliances/amenities. Home is large and spacious and is kept very very clean.
There are plenty of places to shop for food nearby including Sprouts, Walmart, Basha's, and Fry's. CVS and Walgreens are nearby. For those who are spiritual there are various spiritual/religious communities as well. Post office,UPS and FEDEX are a10 min drive. Plenty of nearby places to eat and unwind.There are trails to walk, jog, run, and a private area to swim.
The design of the home is such that you are on one side and I on the other. Besides privacy, there is ADT security with 24 hour surveillance.
I am a social person and respect privacy...have had renters before share my homes and so sharing a meal or two is fine with me, but if you prefer to not socialize that's ok too.
