Snow removal is the responsibility of the Tenant
Lawn Care is the responsibility of the Tenant
Free online rent payments.
1st-month rent is due at signing.
1 Month Security Deposit at move-in date.
Minimum credit score of 600. Those under 600 will be considered on a case by case basis.
An income of 3x's the monthly rent is required.
Good rental history required. Anyone with a past eviction or multiple landlord tenant court filings will not be approved.
