We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1,429 security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.
One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply on a case by case basis) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. No additional pet deposit is required.
