This is an offering for one room in the 929 apartments building. 929 requires any renters to be affiliated with Johns Hopkins to move in. The building is situated within the security perimeter near the Johns Hopkins hospital. There are four layers of security between you and any potential criminals. The outer doors need a key to open, there is a security guard watching the entrance, the elevators require a keycard to go up, and your apartment requires your or a roommate's key to enter.

I am offering one furnished room on the second floor. The room faces Ashland Ave with the apartment common area facing the garage. The apartment has a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The three roommates are agreeable and generally quiet. I have had no trouble with the roommates making loud noises at night. You would be taking over my lease, which is for the listed price and ends June 30th, 2022. This is the shortest lease you are likely to get at these apartments and one of the lowest prices.

All utilities are included in the lease, but parking in the garage next to the apartments costs an extra one hundred and twenty dollars a month. The layout is not identical to the floorplan photo, but it has the same components rearranged.
