This second floor condo, located in a gated community is stylish and cozy!
This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is the perfect space for a couple or one person looking to spend a few months in Charleston! Located just about half a mile from all of the restaurants and bars in Avondale and about 10 minutes to Downtown, the location can't be beat!
The living room is filled with natural light and features a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen opens up to the living room and features open shelving, plenty of cabinet storage space, and a large pantry where you will also find the full size washer/dryer. The dining area just off of the kitchen has a dining table for four as well as a small desk for all of your work from home needs. There is also a private balcony with seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed and walk in closet.
The community has two pools and a gym! Access to these facilities is included in the rental price.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
