Bedroom has a queen size bed with an upgraded new mattress that is very comfortable. There are also two additional pullouts to sleep on. Trailer runs on electricity and propane. Slide out awning on outside with private sitting area. Open yard with garden in summer. Secluded in its own area with a beautiful yard view - main home where owners live is a 1904 Farmhouse. Centrally located in S.E. Portland near 122nd between Foster and Powell. Great neighbors.

Trailer also has additional two pullout beds in living room/dining area.

Shed storage is available for some belongings. This is fully furnished, so there isn’t any room for additional furniture.

Off street parking available for two cars. Street parking is also available. Located two blocks away from public transportation.

Trailer includes Wi-fi, Direct TV, Netflix. It has a television in the living room and one in bedroom. Also included in the rent is electricity and water. Laundry (washer and dryer) is available and you will have access to those as well. On site security camera.

Renter is responsible for propane refills and pumping of black water tank. Pets are not allowed as everything is brand new.

We will run a background history, employment and tenant history report. We are looking for someone responsible and not a renter that will cause problems. We are willing to meet and discuss hardships that may be on your past record.

Application/Background/Credit Check Fee: $55

Security Deposit ($600) and first and last month’s rent upon move-in. Monthly rent due on 1st of month: $900.
