The available room is on the first floor of the home and has a private bathroom with private patio. Also on the first floor is the washer/dryer for convenient laundry access. The second level has the living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a deck, while the third floor contains the rest of the bedrooms. The home features ceramic tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, hardwood in the foyer, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a LG Tromm washer/dryer.
The home itself is in a great location next to Reston Parkway, Fairfax County Parkway, the Dulles Toll Road, and public transportation (Fairfax Connector). The town center offers shopping, dining and entertainment as well as employment opportunities. Parking within the community is normally plentiful and you'll receive a single parking pass as well as a pass for the community pool and 24 hour fitness center.
A 12-month lease is preferable, but open to 6-month lease terms as well. Deposit is one month of rent. Pets on a case-by-case basis!
Rent does not include utilities and our current utilities are as follows:
Electricity
Gas
Water
Comcast/Verizon
Cleaning
The utilities are split four ways and usually comes out to $100ish.
The furniture has changed as these were taken when the home was purchased, but they should give you an idea of size and layout. Availability to show the room is best during the week after 5pm, but weekends are possible by appointment.
