Bedrooms feature carpet and spacious closets. Select rooms have juliette balconies or are premium rooms larger in size. The community itself features desirable amenities such as an Amazon package hub, covered parking options, and a lush rooftop lounge, ideal for relaxing with friends. Perfectly situated off of the 105 extension, The Peak is a two minute drive to Appalachian State University, and a short walk from shopping, dining, and fun.
The Peak boasts 2bd/2ba floorplans to accommodate groups of students or working professionals. Floorplans and 3D walking tours can be found here: www.peakofboone.com, or on The Peak’s Instagram, @peakofboone. Rental rates for the upcoming lease cycle are as follows:
2 Bedroom: $900 - $905 with a $150 electric and water utility cap.
Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
Parking is limited and ranges from $20 to $50. Each studio, one, and two bedroom unit are provided one parking space, and three bedroom units are provided two. Parking will be granted on a first come, first serve basis, so act quickly!
Storage units are also available for an additional $50 per month. They are located in the basement of building 200 and are approximately 50 sq ft per unit.
