Beautiful San Leandro Home Upstairs Main House

You (2 persons max) rent the upstairs main house space and carport. This crafstman-style home was built in 1926. The upstairs is the main home, I renovated a lot thinking I'd stay there, but moved to the basement lower unit for simplicity of pet care. There is a new electrical wiring (upgraded to 200 amps), recess lights throughout, copper pipes throughout, almost new washer and dryer and almost new stove and fridge (see pics), a lot of pantry cabinets and cabinets in laundry room. I tried to keep the old with new. Wood floors throughout and new paint indoors in all rooms. A separate large formal dining room that can be used as a bedroom. Enjoy a large bedroom with fan (see pic), 2 closets (1 with lights), separate laundry room. Theres a large walk in closet in the living room that has been used as a computer work space room, it has a brown wood shutter door (see pic). Beautiful white new window faux wood shutters throughout the home.

I purchased the well lighted home in September and have been upgrading since. Your area is the main house upstairs which is the larger space. I also added flood lights all over and ring for security.

Unfortunately there is no use of the backyard, I need the area for my two dogs.

Carport is yours and included in the rent. It has a new outdoor light and its a versatile use space. You may purchase a small outdoor shed to store belongings and store outside.

I am still going through remodel trying to install a dedicated heat system. For now we split heat monthly (gas and electric) bill with main panel, you control. We also split water monthly. I pay garbage.

Respectful of self, others and environment, quiet, working professional. Small dog and or cat ok with deposit.

Who we are:

Two adults in their 60s active with a 5 mo poodle Pele and 10 mo mixed breed Nello puppies and a 2 yr old cat named Snowflake. We stay downstairs in lower unit.
