It is located on a quiet west side street an easy walk to the restaurants and breweries of downtown. This cottage provides a nice fenced and private yard. Owner pays for sewer, trash, and landscape maintenance. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and $35/month water charge. Small pet considered with owner's approval.
