Minnick Management Inc. runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Minnick can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee. However, when you apply online you may opt to "skip fees" on the payment page. We will later collect your application fee over the phone once you are next in line and have viewed the unit and confirmed you want it. If you choose to pay the application fee ahead of time then please understand that the fee is non-refundable.
