For rent is a newly upgraded bedroom in the basement of a spacious home. Bedroom photos are coming soon; new luxury vinyl floors are being installed this week. (Also the uploaded photos were taken before the current housemates moved in so there are more things in the kitchen like coffee maker.) The house is on a corner with a large front yard as well as fully fenced in backyard with ample street parking. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We are located 5 minutes from NREL and the Denver Federal Center.
Living in the house now are three young professionals. I am a working from home software engineer at a startup in the digital rights industry. Also in the house we have two other women. One is a supply chain manager for a van conversion company and a volunteer firefighter. The other is a payment processor at a bank with an additional weekend job. So we are all usually pretty occupied, including with our dogs, all well behaved and/or teeny tiny. We also all meet together at least once a month. It is definitely not a party house as we cherish unwinding from work and relaxation.
Basic household rules:
- Chores like garbage duty and snow plowing are equally shared
- Clean up after yourself, e.g. no dirty dishes in the sink
- Check in with housemates before having guests over
- No smoking or illegal drugs
- Marijuana allowed outside or in the sunroom

- French door refrigerator with freezer
- New top load GE washer and dryer
- Microwave
- Oven with gas stove
- Trash and recycling
- 65” new TV
- Gigabit internet
