You're looking at a fantastic single family home with a long list of amenities near Weinland Park and the Short North Area. The unit comes with the following amenities: new luxury appliances, quartz countertops, power reclining sofa, window coverings, remote-operated ceiling fans, built-in surround sound speakers throughout house, heated and insulated 2 car garage with showroom carpet (can be a cool hangout area), fenced in backyard/back patio (with turf grass that you never have to trim!), each bedroom has it's own full bathroom + walk-in closet, HOA takes care of all grass and landscaping, tons of storage, beautiful subway tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
