Includes a Swamp Cooler and a Washer/Dryer - We have been informed by the Colorado Division of Real Estate that we are no longer allowed to conduct showings due to the mandatory stay at home order. Therefore, we are unable to schedule any in person viewings of any rental home. If you want to rent a property site unseen, which we do not normally do and do not recommend, we will allow it with an approved application. This is a very nice, upstairs apartment with newer flooring and newer paint throughout. It has a large master bedroom, guest bedroom and one bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator, electric stove and window swamp cooler included.
The home is centrally located in the downtown area. It is close to bus lines, restaurants, Parkview Hospital and the Pueblo Riverwalk.
Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and must carry renter's insurance. Owner pays for water and trash.
No Smoking (this includes marijuana -no exceptions!)
Owner will allow for one cat or one small non-aggressive breed of dog, 20 pounds or less with a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $400.
Rent $675/Deposit $675
Application fees are $40 per adult if paid in office and $45 per adult if paid online. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application.
