This is a pet-friendly building for responsible pet-owners who provide an additional pet rent of $30 monthly per cat and $50 per dog. Security Deposit (equal to one months rent) plus 1st month rent due at Lease Signing (1-Year Lease Required).

Once your completed rental application(s), proof of income (paystub, employment offer letter, bank statement, tax return), and copy of Government Issued I.D. (Driver's License, State I.D. and Passport) are received by email, a member of our Leasing Team will email you a link from Square that will allow the application fee(s) to be paid online with a debit/credit card.
There is a $35 Non-Refundable Application Fee for EACH application submitted (all persons 18+ who will reside in the unit as well as co-signers). In order to be approved through BellPort to rent this unit, you must have 2 years of positive rental history or home ownership, pass our criminal check with no criminal history, meet our credit requirements, and be able to show proof of income that the combined total monthly household income is 2.5 times the rent. For example this house is $2,600/month so we would need to see a combined household monthly income of $6,50.00/month to be approved for this house.
**If you have never rented, have poor or no established credit, or do not meet the income requirements, a co-signer may be accepted. A co-signer must complete a separate co-signer rental application and submit proof of income and pay an additional application fee to have their application processed. Co-Signers agree to sign for each applicant in the unit unless separate co-signers are obtained for each applicant**
