Great 2 Bedroom- Great Location! - This two bedroom is located in a quiet little neighborhood in Barre, and has so many great features. There are two ways to enter- a front shared entrance, and a private entrance on the side of the building that leads you up to a private porch. From this way, you enter into the eat in kitchen, where is plenty of room for a small table or island. There is great kitchen storage, and a window over the sink that overlooks the backyard. The living room is a great size, and has a gorgeous picture window that lets in a TON of natural light (this is where the shared entrance leads to). Both bedrooms and the living room have newer carpet! There is also some outdoor shared outdoor space!

Resident is responsible for electricity, and cable/WIFI.
No pets
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
Application Process:
We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
