ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (except Internet and cable). Although the house does not have hookups for washer & dryer, the laundromat is about 1/2 block away.
$1,600/mo (includes utilities), $1,600 deposit. Available May 1.
Small *inside* dogs, and cats are OK with no additional pet deposit.
