8263 Captains Way is 2 bedroom condo on the water!This is a townhouse style condo with its own little yard area. You can see the water from your front yard. There is a sidewalk that walks along the water for an amazing view. Community pool with water views. Two story condo with two master bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms, and large walk in closets. Half bath downstairs off the kitchen. Beautiful kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, and a pantry! Large open concept living area downstairs, there is enough room for a table or bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a sliding glass door to a small patio with an attached storage shed. Upscale lighting and Central a.c and heat. LEASE REQUIREMENT 12 Months Minimum. This could be longer, as we do not expire leases from Oct through Feb.APPLICATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
