Master bedroom in Hancock House - Large home in Boulder is looking for a new roommate for the main floor master bedroom. Just minutes walking from East Boulder campus, close to walking trails and with mountain views. Master bedroom has private bathroom with walk-in closet and includes a king sized bed, a desk, side tables and lamps, a laundry room and plenty of street parking.

I have two small (non-shedding) dogs so sadly, no more pets. Utilities are around $100/month and include wifi and 2x/month housekeeping services.

I'm looking for a clean, courteous and responsible roommate to share this home. No excessive partying. NO drugs whatsoever. Seeking a mature and respectful individual. There are two other housemates who enjoy gathering for meals and conversations, but work outside of the house during the day.
