No pets allowed! The property already has three dogs on-site that don't play well with other dogs or cats.
Utilities: There is a flat rate (based on single occupancy) of $110/mo added to rent to include utilities (gas & electric, water, trash). May consider double occupancy with an adjustment for utilities, but two is maximum occupancy.

Rental Criteria:
-monthly gross income must be 2.5 times the rent or more
-must have minimum credit score of 600; scores of 600-650 may require higher deposit
-excellent rental history

-Application fee is $45 per adult
