UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), and internet. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the patio, hot tub cleaning and maintenance, maintaining the water softener salt levels, and monitoring the alarm system (optional). The owner pays for basic cable TV, trash, water, and sewer. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.

It has amazing views of and convenient access to Deer Valley Resort and is just a 10-minute drive to Main Street Park City! APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable.
